Robert MOTHÉ, Paris, 1727. A pair of silver egg cups, the bowl decorated in appliqué with lambrequins alternating with rushes on an amatized ground, the pedestal gadrooned. Weight: 180.5 g. H: 9.2 cm. (slight deformations) Notes : -An egg cup of the same model by the same master silversmith, dated 1721-1722 and engraved with a coat of arms, is preserved at the Metropolitan Museum in New York under number 48.187.284.
