Les Papillons, France, circa 1880-1890 Original folded fan, the leaf in needle lace with various patterns and modes, mixing ribbons and pagoda roofs, and decorated with two butterflies and flowers. Dull reverse. Goldfish mother-of-pearl mounting, pierced and engraved. Silver-plated metal clasp. H.t. 29 cm-H.f. 15 cm (good condition, stains, lining wear)
