Héréké silk carpet embellished with metallic threads (silk warp, weft and pile), Western Turkey, circa 1930-1950 74 x 52 cm. This rug features a large flowering vase on a bronze background with stylized polychrome floral decoration. A bronze border with flower garlands is inscribed between two ivory counter-borders. The rug is signed. Good condition.
