White marble and chased ormolu mantel clock with martial theme; the cover features a Minerva statuette; the drum is supported between two obelisks with trophies of arms, their bases framed by chain-linked posts. Quadrangular base with frieze; small corded feet. The circular enamelled dial, signed "Robinet à Paris", shows the hours in Roman numerals, the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of ten, and the date. Louis XVI period. H : 54 - W : 37 - D : 17 cm.
