Category C1 weapon subject to declaration. The purchaser must show proof of identity, a valid French hunting license or a valid French shooting license stamped by the doctor. Foreigners without these documents must be represented by a gunsmith for the purchase.
Pursuant to Article R313-22 of the French Internal Security Code and Decree no. 2018-542 OF JUNE 29, 2018 on the rules governing the manufacture, trade, acquisition and possession of weapons, the handover of weapons acquired is subject to prior consultation of the Fichier National des Interdits d'acquisition et de détention d'armes (FINIADA file) by a gunsmith appointed by the sale organizer for this purpose. This cost is 35 € excluding VAT per weapon to be declared and will be paid by the buyer.
