Women artists. Country scenes of work, outdoor studio, Thomery (Fontainebleau region), circa 1870. Possibly by Achille QUINET or Constant Alexandre FAMIN. Two albumen prints. 15 x 12 cm 17 x 13 cm Old angular loss. We considered that the scene might have taken place at the Château de By, but the curators kindly informed us that they did not feel it possible to place the scene there.
