MANUSCRIT] - DEPARTEMENT D'EURE ET LOIR - Atlas of a lot of land near Blois from Mr Sochon de Soustour, belonging to Mr and Mrs de Chevrigny owners residing at Château de Javersy, commune of Coltainville, located in the communes of Courville, Chuisnes, Landelles, Billancelles and St Arnoult des Bois. By Marié-David Géomètre in Courville. Courville, Marié-David, 1865. In-folio, title, 11 double-page plans 62 X 44 cm, col. contours, (5) pp. in contemporary half-chag. with corners, worn binding.
Property owned by Charles du Temple de Chevrigny, Seigneur de Coltainville (Chartres 1797 - Paris 1879) and his wife. He was the owner of Château de Javersy. In 1879, his youthful memories were published, providing an account of the end of the Empire in Chartres in 1814. His father was deputy of Eure et Loir and mayor of Coltainville. The plans, which are executed with great care, are followed in the appendix by a list of the estate's farmers, with cross-references to the land registry of the localities they occupied.
