Chased ormolu mantel clock with Diana theme, the latter seated on the drum; the movement flanked by foliage vases with seeds; the base with bas-relief in the Clodion style; small corded toupee feet. The enameled dial (hair and chips) signed "Champion rue de la Feuillade" indicates the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of fifteen. Late 18th century.
