Important mantelpiece including a clock resting on a gilt bronze fluted base with four foliate feet. The white enamelled dial is signed Raingo frères in Paris and shows the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals. Surmounted by a brown patina bronze group featuring a putti playing with a butterfly. And two pendant candelabras, the base in gilded bronze decorated with foliage, shells and garlands of flowers, the shaft formed by a putti in brown patina bronze holding eight light arms on three rows in gilded bronze with rich foliage decoration. Stamped by Henri Picard (1840-1890). Napoleon III period. (The pendulum is missing). Dim. of the clock: H. 53 - W. 64 - D. 24 cm Size of candelabra: H. 78.5 - W. 48 cm
