GILBERT DE VOISINS Auguste [Paramé, 1877 - Paris, 1939], French writer, essayist and translator. Important set of autograph documents: - 43 autographed letters addressed to Jean Lartigue whom he calls "Mon cher Jean", " my little Jean" or "my old man". Different formats. He speaks about the war where "he becomes brigadier of shooting", of his wound "bullet of schrapnel through the left shoulder", of his present or future trips, his wife, evokes his manuscript impure spirit "As I was trying to sleep the idea of a chapter came to me [...] before writing it, my simplest duty is to warn you since the manuscript of The Impure Spirit belongs to you", the death of Jean Lartigue's father. - Autograph manuscript of "l'Esprit impur" incomplete because it begins on page 232 (according to numbering at the top of the page) and ends on page numbered 288. At the bottom of the last page we find the annotation "Tien-tsin, 1913 - Costebelle, 1918". Some erasures. We join 4 autograph letter signed by Alibert of neighbor.
