(index of localities), 23 plans in color on double page or folded, plan 3 split at the fold, lacking the title page ?, marbled bas. of the ep., spine with nerves, qqs. lacks, one corner marbled with wormholes, light wetness.
Cadastral plan of the seigneury of Gergy ? the parcels bear the names of the owners (tenants ?) and are numbered with references in the margin to older documents designated under the names of Lernet, Royer l'aîné or Royer cadet. The barony of Gergy was erected into a county in August 1706 in favor of Jacques Vincent Languet de Gergy, French ambassador in Venice. His only daughter Antoinette Thérèse Languet married in 1737 Louis de Cardevac, Marquis d'Havrincourt, French ambassador to the Swedish Court. From their marriage was born in 1739 Anne-Gabriel-Pierre de Cardevac, Governor of Hesdin and Lieutenant-General, who died in 1824.
