DRUJON II, 814. LEVER 355. Dedicated to Madame Deshoulières. Escaped Gay despite the gallant subjects addressed in the six short stories, some of which under disguised names hide real characters. Privilège granted to Claude Barbin in April 1678, who ceded it to Thomas Amaulry. Attributed by Paul Lacroix in a notice in Millot (1846) to Chassepol. In the same year, Chassepol published another work of fiction with Barbin: Histoire des Amazones.
