Bouquet and ribbon, France, circa 1870-1880 Folded fan, the cream silk sheet edged with black bobbin lace and painted with a colorful bouquet held together by a ribbon. Monogrammed "HB". Reverse in mordoré silk, painted in the center with a marquis's crown. Goldfish mother-of-pearl mounting, tinted in changing shades of green and bronze. H.t. 28 cm - H.f. 14.2 cm (cuts, wear, stains)
