Lucien Falize (Grand Prix for the 1878 Exhibition) and Germain Bapst (supplier to the Crown), both from
from jeweler families joined forces in 1880 to found Bapst & Falize. They remained partners
until 1892.
Over the next few years, this collaboration gave rise to the production of delicate, elegant jewelry.
Lucien Falize's quest for innovation and perfection was inspired by nature and plants.
