Lucien BONVALLET (1861 - 1919) & MAISON CARDEILHAC - PARIS (silversmith) Silver tea service, model created circa 1900, consisting of a teapot, coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl. Scroll decoration in relief. Carved rosewood handles and handles. Master goldsmith and material hallmarks and marked Cardeilhac and A on the reverse. Height: 20.5 cm - 13 cm - 12 cm - 10.5 cm Gross weight: 1696 g History: An all-silver variant of this service was presented by Cardeilhac at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1900. Four original drawings by Lucien Bonvallet for this model are preserved in the Christofle archives in Paris.
