WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS :

LOTS DELIVERY at CAVES DES MONTQUARTIERS: 5 chemin des Montquartiers 92130 Issy Les Moulineaux

Conditions for collecting purchases: all wines are stored at the CAVES DES MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Lots can be collected BY APPOINTMENT from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Fridays from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, after payment has been made and the slip has been cashed in full, and on presentation of the slip with the mention "acquittée".

Bottles must be inspected on site at the time of collection. No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage area. Complaints concerning the condition

will not be accepted after a period of one month from the date of sale.

Bottle storage is free of charge until the 31st day after the sale.

In addition to the sale costs, you will be charged €10 ex-VAT per slip for preparation costs and €1 ex-VAT per lot for handling costs.

Beyond 31 days after the sale, you will be billed directly for storage costs of €3 excl. tax/lot/month.

Bottles can only be collected after payment of any storage charges.

Exporting: The export of any goods from France may be subject to authorization (export certificate, customs authorization).

It is the buyer's responsibility to check with the exporting country to obtain the necessary authorizations.
