About 1880-1883. Monotype.

160 x 120 mm. [261 x 200 mm]. Janis 225 (1st proof) - Adhémar et Cachin nd. Second proof on laid paper, with the artist's stamp (recto - Lugt 658). General oxidation of the sheet and insolation at the opening of an old mount. Discoloration of the artist's stamp. Top corners torn off. Tear at right edge (17 mm). A few marginal soft creases. One horizontal broken fold. 2 tiny white spots on the surface (one towards the middle of the left edge of the subject, the other at the lower edge of the subject towards the right). A tiny pinhole in the subject.
